I am an older women so I have alot of business experience and this is without exception the worse company I have ever dealt with. How they stay in business is beyond my comprehension. We rented one of her properties in Mulberry,FL for a year. We had multiple issues with appliances either breaking or not working. We also had to buy our own dryer because the owner never repaired or replaced dryer that broke. The last issue we had was her offering cleaning services before we moved out of the house. We agreed and then were told that we had to clean the house ourselves, which we did and we were still charged a large ($300) cleaning fee which included cleaning old carpet that had not been professionally cleaned... read more
