Here’s an update. We’ve been living in the house for 1 year now. We’ve had issues with the garage door, bathtub that couldn’t drain, palm trees that died, soil that we paid $6,000 for is no good. I think Native Homes used soul from the city that was free, but charged us for it. Looking for a home? Don’t get Native Homes. It has been a nightmare. I am amazed at how well our contractor Bill and Michelle have organized our new home project. Everything is going as planned and moving along swiftly. Once the permits were approved by the county the foundation was poured within days, it's been less than a month and it is just about ready for drywall. They have kept us updated with pictures quite regularly as well. I will update this post when the project is completed. If your looking to build, I would definitely stop by the new model on Emerson and have a look. .......... U... read more

I wouldn’t recommend this Builder to any of my clients. This company hires contractors with poor workmanship. l will start with the exterior the house is only a year old the grass they use is absolutely terrible it’s like weeds, the decorative tile trim on the exterior is already coming off no gutters, the paint that’s used inside the home it’s not good quality when you wipe it the paint wipes off, the some of the corners of the base boards and behind the toilets are missing caulking, the master bathroom tile grout is alread... read more
