I started seeing a primary care here and for the first time in a long time I feel like I was actually listened to and there wasn't any failure to provide, I got a referral to an eye doctor which I have needed for the past couple years because my vision is getting more and more blurry, I wasn't judged, I felt comfortable being vulnerable about my mental health affecting my physical health on top of my diabetic and possible vertigo concerns. Thank you Native Health!
I had a appointment for a dental exam at the Native Health in Mesa. I could not even get through the x-rays for a new patient exam. The assistant was unprepared and did not seem to know what he was doing. I have been in the dental field for 20+ years and my experience at Native Health in Mesa was the first time I have ever felt uncomfortable and unsure of getting any dental treatment done. Sad and disappointing to know that service there would make me feel so uncomfortable.
I use to like going here front office is great Trudy always nice. Greeted with positivity But when I get called back the nurse Ashley tsosie was rude and did not let me finish my concerns. I got my bloodwork for curiosity I ask if she knew how due to horrible experience. She poked me multiple times and requested for another nurse. Not so good bedside manners. Over all doctors are good
