I went here last year & had a good experience. Way quicker than going down to the DES office. so I thought I would go here again to reapply. The lady i seen twice on two different occasions was absolutley rude. Her whole personality was rude & just wanted everyone out. She talked to me as if I have never done this before, like if I was stupid. When she infact wouldnt even let me get an inch in, trying to explain to her the case she opened wasnt even mine!
