I placed an online order, tried to call and get the order changed and was hung up on. Called back to get a refund at this point and was told I couldn't have a refund until I spoke to a manager, at which point I was hung up on again. Called a 3rd time and as soon as they heard my voice they hung up. Had to tell the employees I was recording the call to keep them from hanging up on me, then they told me I was talking to a manager, but they lied.
