The service and food needs to be more consistent with this establishment!!!! One day it's bad with food being cold or drinks never refilled and the next time you come in it's decent with the food and service is up to par. Please re train your staff in service hospitality and have the cooks learn time management in the kitchen!

The manager, Jai, made a special swing by our table to check on my fiance and I and asked how we were doing. When I mentioned an earlier less than satisfactory experience, he went out of his way to listen and talk thru the improvements they had made since then to ensure no further similar problems. And then made a gracious offer to make up for the previous issue. Jai really cares for his customers and I look forward to future visits, as should you!

The worst dining experience in Sierra Vista! First time eating and last time eating here! I ordered chicken wraps took 3 bites because the chicken was so dry I could barely swollen it, it even appeared so dry it had that hard outside when being left out uncovered and the manager Cody bring me a bowl of cut chicken. When I ask what I'm going to do with that he advised me to "puck off the old chicken and put the new chicken on the wraps".... ummmm no thank you.
