Always loved coming to the Native New Yorker when In town. This time I brought my dad in and well it was one of the worst dining experiences. We never received our food after a 40 minute wait. Our server did not check in and was non-existent. The manager was helpful, but the night was ruined at that point. Went to In n Out for dinner afterwards. Judging from other reviews perhaps this place has peaked?
It took over an hour and a half for us to get our food. A manager did come out once and apologize, they said they were having a problem in the kitchen and they would give us a discount. He said our food would be out in a few minutes and it took another half and hour to get a few wings and some sliders. The tables around us turned over 3 times. The only reason we stayed is the server Sarah who was very apologetic and attentive. She kept a smile on her face and made sure we had drinks filled. I feel the situation was mishandle... read more
Waited over an hour for appetizers. The manager said “there is a problem with the kitchen.” No other explanation. The server was great and kept checking on us...but that didn’t make the food come out any faster. 5 tables were sat after ours and paid their bill and left before we got out 2 orders of wine and an order of sliders. I asked for the bill to be taken care of by management, since we waited so long...only tipook off a portion. 5en it took almost 20 minutes to get the credit cards back. 2 hours for appetizers is ridic... read more
Well the burger was good when we ate it... but the after effect of the diahrea for both us was not fun all night long
This place always has a good selection of beer and bar food. Wings are good. I will say I have noticed better service on the bar side than on the family restaurant side. Seems to be quicker and more responsive.
Seen all the comments of bad service never experienced a bad time there been going there since they opened
Tried so hard to find us a table for 7 people. They don't take reservations but they did it. Thanks for the great service.
