I will say, Michaerl Thomas, the project manager was professional ad minimally high pressure with regard to presenting his analysis of any roof damage from last week hail storm. He inspected my roof, took photos and showed me there was actually no damage. We had a short conversation in that regard, he thanked me for allowing his inspection, packed up his ladder and left. No BS, just to the point with minimal invasiveness either by him or his solicitor.
