Really bad experience, lady on the front desk was really rude
My experience with this agency has been terrifying, heartbreaking, and deeply traumatic for both me and my daughter. I have been raising extremely serious concerns about my child’s safety for a long time, including things she disclosed to me that no parent should ever have to hear. I called the centre to know about the hours of operation for the early on centre and they informed me about the hours and dental services and mentioned all is welcome. Went there with my toddler but I was not allowed to get in because its only restriced to the native community. Pls mention it over the phone and on the website and add it to your IG page. This was a bad experience and customer service.
