Absolutely terrible service, please do yourself a favor and RUN from this company for any of your publishing needs. They are disorganized, miss promised deadlines by MONTHS while not taking accountability and will constantly try to upsell you on items. I am convinced this company is a complete scam and any 5 stars reviews must be fabricated by people connected to the business unless I was treated dramatically different than the rest of their customer base (which is hard to believe).
I have personally experienced a life changing experience with Native publishing. Hazel worked with me as my project manager, her fine balance of emotional creativity Added with a deep understanding toward the artist that she’ is working with, mixed with excellent Business skills was outstanding to witness. Dealing with Native was a real experience on someone nickel and diming you. I had a contract with these people and they would periodically send me "deals". My response was please finish whats in my contract. They asked me what I wanted on my website, when I send it to them they say its more than what they are used to doing. For my audiobook I asked for a black female voice...you would have thought I asked for Michelle Obama or Oprah to narrate.
