After the the pre purchase house inspection was completed on 5-1-24 it was noted that the **** system was needed tro be inspected by a trained tech as there were problems with the thermostat maintaining temp. House closing took place on 5/17/24. The *********** agent ****** **** contacted Native Air on 6/11/24 some 26 days after the house was sold to check on the working condition of the **** and a estimate for replacement.
