I haven’t built a home with this company, but I’ve lived near one of their projects during construction and wanted to share my experience as a neighbor. On two separate occasions—both before the foundation was even completed—their crew began work before the 7:00 am city ordinance start time. The first time, there didn’t appear to be a superintendent on site, so it may have been a breakdown in communication.
