I'm so glad we found this place! Everyone is so nice, they're helpful, and our orders don't take forever. It's great, our family loves it.
I decided to try a new optometrist and chose Jcpenney optical because of the reviews. The doctor is great, the staff is professional and nice. The issue is time management, my first appointment was during my work day so I took leave and was almost an hour late being seen which is not a great first impression. I had to schedule another appointment for a recheck and arrived a little early but realized that they were behind schedule again, another customer was still waiting to be seen ahead of me so I left.
