The location in Apache Junction is horrible!! I wish I read these reviews before I bought my glasses. I was talked into a package I didn't want then when I look at my bill I see a $25 charge for a warranty I didn't ask for when I asked about it I'm told that's what I picked and people are normally happy for something free. It's not free I paid for it. They don't tell you in their phony speach. When I asked for my$25 back I was told district manager said no I'm still calling corporate. Wrote review for wrong store. I went to the one at Chandler and Kyrene.
No stars at all. In march i first went in, when the glasses came before i could try them on the have you sign for them. I could not see out of them. the lab made them wrong several times. the last day i was there on 5/18/2016 the new glasses made me feel like i was in a fish bowl and they wanted to remake them again. I decided and got what i paid out of pocket back, but they never refunded my insurance company to this day july15,2015. Received the same amount of sass and attitude from the corporate office as I did the retail store. This company is a joke. Go here at your own risk.
