Been bringing my daughter to Nationwide for the past 3 years. This location in particular is our second year. The doctor there was so rude. He gave my daughter major attitude. I was a second away from leaving. Dr. Bradley Bywater is his name. I don’t understand why people work with people and act miserable. I regret not getting up and leaving. Thorough check up is excellent. Staffs are polite and kind.
Booked an appointment online as a returning customer. Once I got there a young girl with glasses, dark hair and gauged ears informs me that the online portal double booked me and that they've tried several times to get ahold of me to let me know. I assured her I had no calls from Nationwide but I did get a text confirmation this morning. She said the text messages are automated and that they keep track with their attempts and therefore they did indeed try, I again informed her that was not the case, she got louder insisting ... read more
The doctor that did the eye exam seem very short-tempered and rude towards me whenever I asked him to repeat himself. Did not make me feel very comfortable. Everyone else in the store was awesome and treated me very well.
