The Dr was great. (5 stars for the Dr) The staff was pleasant, however the script for my glasses was not complete. (I ordered contacts) I went back several days later with script to get additional information needed for ordering glasses on line thinking it was just printed incorrectly) I was told the specific information is provided when you order glasses from them. Wow! The general manager was just not kind. Plus waiting over 85 minutes in the waiting room for a basic eye exam?!? The doctor was very good. He had a great kind demeanor. I hope he goes somewhere else because that’s the only way we will ever see him Again.
We switched to this office due to our old dr office being 30 minutes away. We gave this place a chance and there are a few things that we didn't like. They said our son needed reading glasses, the ones he got gave him a headache, following year, dr said he needed a stronger script and those also gave him a headache. They charge a lot more than our old place for my husband's glasses and contacts.
