"jerked around" ! Followed the "RULES" set by the Office and Medicare Advantage Policy and received GREIF at every turn. Treated like 2nd class Customer by office staff ESPECIALLY after I noted that my glasses were "NOT RIGHT". Was told "7 to 10" days for delivery on the 11th day it was conveniently revised to "7 to 14" days delivery. I expect in 14 days it will be Revised AGAIN to 20 days or MORE.. *Dr Becker was More than Professional and understanding and treated me like a Patient and CUSTOMER and NOT like a piece of MEAT... read more

I thought the receptionists were rude until I met the doctor. She (or he as it may be) didn't care enough to a dress minor concerns about customer service. Didn't care if I gave bad review either, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place was the worst experience I have ever had trying to get a simple exam. Even as overpriced as they are their service is equal to Walmart employees quality of care. Makes me wonder how they stay in business.

I really liked the selection of glasses at this location. I used my insurance but still ended up paying more than $500 for progressives. The customer service was initially ok upfront but when I came back THE VERY NEXT DAY because the prescription was incorrect, Tory, the office manager was anything but cordial. She kept insisting that they did everything right implying I was going to have to live with it. I told her that I wasn't able to see and only took them home on advice from her colleague. She said she was certain that ... read more

If I could I would give them minus five stars. They are rude and mean. I have to go there due to insurance reasons, but if you choose to go there be prepaired to be treated like s---.

I have been going to this location for a few years and I will no longer use their services. The customer service is well below average , the staff members have low knowledge about services and I don't feel they are giving me correct info. They never get my prescription right on the first try so it takes weeks to get my glasses . My insurance only allows me to use nationwide so I have opted to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket so I can get better services .

I came in because my lens fell out of place and so they can fix. The lady rudely told me that she couldnt do it now because there was 10 mins and it takes her 30 min. There was actually 20, and i told her and she told me that she has to finish her work first. I said well arent clients priority she said well im filing patients. Basically she put me off. But shes trying to fix it now. Lets see how it goes but that got me really upset because it is seriously not my fault shes backed on work. And second i have insurance an every... read more

Staff is very poorly trained, glasses won't be done in the time frame they promise and your prescription won't be right. I waited almost 3 weeks for my glasses to come in after being told it would be less than a week, I also paid for progressive lenses but when my glasses finally arrived they weren't correct. The manager got loud in front of other customers when I informed them my order was not correct. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else to get glasses as Nationwide is the worst place I've had the misfortune of d... read more
