Amanda was so nice and personable. She explained everything so well.
I was so impressed with the service I received when I went into the store to get an adjustment on my glasses. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and the whole staff was so friendly. A young lady named Mary took my glasses, which weren't even bought there and were in terrible shape and made them feel brand new. I will definitely be getting my next pair of glasses here and I recommend everyone else do the same!! The employees at Nationwide Vision in Apache Junction are awesome! I took my elderly father in there because his glasses were completely demolished and I didn’t know what to do. When we got into the store all the employees were super welcoming and suggested we get him in for a new exam, which they said they could do right then. When we finished with the Dr., Mary helped us pick out glasses and made sure they looked and fit perfectly, all the while making it a fun experience! The Dr at this location was very kind and respectful. The people at the front were also super kind and helpful. The person who helped me pick out my frames was refreshingly honest about which frames did or didn't look good, I had a blast with her.🤣 I was a walkin and on a bit of a timeline but they were able to get me back for the exam in a good amount of time. I would highly recommend this location.
Very friendly, thorough, take time to listen, Optician (Mary) and Doctor are great! Latest exam equipment.
