Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! Overall a wonderful experience!
They keep things moving along and all of the staff are so friendly! The first time I went there was to get a metal sliver removed from my eye. I went in scared and hurting, and came out pain free and smiling. Wen tin for a medical eye exam today and was just as pleased as the first visit. I certainly recommend Nationwide Vision at Idaho/Apache trail if you are in need of eye care.
The entire process was quick, and efficient. I haven't had an eye exam or new glasses in quite some time, but Dr. Lambson, and Mary helped make the process go smooth. Thank you Mary! You helped find some glasses that look good on my watermelon head.
Great, friendly staff. The doctor listens and discusses; instead of merely prescribing. Notification texts and phone calls are frequent and helpful.
I love the staff. They are always thoughtful, patient, helpful and sweet even with the complicated stuff.
