WENT TO NATIONWIDE ON GLASSFORD ROAD TO PICK UP MY NEW GLASSES THE PERSCRIPION WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT MY EYE'S ARE. They told me to wear them for two day's and see how they were after that. I couldn't even see well enough to drive home . Went back and was treated like i did something wrong. Told them i wanted a refund, they screwed up the perscription but wouldn't refund my money for the exam. I SPENT OVER $800 TOGET BACK $700. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. Picked up my glasses and they are terrible. I can see better out of my left eye without the glasses than I can with them on. Called the store on Houghton Rd in Tucson where I bought them and was told if I didn't want them I would be charged $40.00. Run away from this company as fast as you can. They are scammers with no dignity and only worried about money. ...Bill D

Dr Koop and Luke are completely customer oriented. Luke was incredibly helpful in choosing frames and explaining the different options for lenses. Dr Koop performed a thorough exam and addressed all my questions. HIGHLY recommend!

It took 3 attempts and 3 different locations to get 2 pairs of glasses ordered. I started at the Rita Ranch location. Stood and waited for 35-40 minutes completely unacknowledged with frames and prescription in hand just waiting to order. There were only 2 employees working but one customer had an employee tied up for 35-40 minutes with not much but casual conversation. I ended up leaving because there was no end in sight. A few years ago, or longer, the Nationwide Vision store closed at Tatum and Shea. So we switched to the location at FLW and 101. This is THE BEST office from Dr. Sasha to Paul and Marcell, to the two new employees I just met last week. It's always easy, fun and professional. This team rocks!

Horrible experience from beginning to end. They had my insurance benefits wrong and refused to call to get the correct numbers. Ordered sun glasses and they put in lenses that only darken in direct sunlight, not in the car. Useless in Phoenix. Now they are telling me regular tinting is the same price as transitional. I have spent an hour on the phone with them so far and have yet to have it resolved (40 minutes of that on hold!).

and another woman helped me found two pairs of glasses and gave them to me. now I don't know if it's her name or the bad thing she did disgustingly and uncomfortably. the name is Aliandra.

ALL MY 7 CHILDREN MADE GLASSES IN THAT SHOP WITH THEM. THIS MEANS I DID THEM A GOOD JOB AND IT WAS TOO GOOD. WE EVEN TOOK GOOD GLASSES A SET OF FRAMES OF ALL SEVEN MY CHILDREN. EVEN I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME ON SATURDAY TO MAKE GLASSES WITH THEM. I WANT TO TELL A STORY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY WITH THEM. I GET A CALL FROM MY WIFE TO MY PHONE. I got glasses. Told them they made me sick to my stomach. Told me to take them I de. Got them in nov 3rd today Jan 7th they will now go in my desk drawer. Took ins money pulse my money. I HAVE NOTHING. UNACEPTABLE.
