I had made an appointment and the night before called the local store (lake havasu city,az) to verify some information. I was placed on hold by a lady named Stacey and she never came back to the phone. I drove by the location as I was heading home from work and while I’m still on hold her and her another coworker were leaving for the night. I was on hold for 30 mins before driving by the store. Not very happy and I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks

My 1st time using Nationwide Vision new location Baseline Rd in Laveen, AZ the process from check in to check out was so smooth. Great staff and Dr I highly recommend them.

They are super slow at helping customers and seem overbooked. They ignore you for long periods of time and even stop helping you and move on to other people before you're finished. If you go there be prepared to stand around waiting and being ignored for a long time.
visiting the Bullhead City location to shop and look at their frame inventory of choices... an atrocious shopping experience as you are greeted to wait in queue so staff member can get everyone's name in your party. Then told as company policy that a member of staff must accompany you while you shop -\-\ because they don't want you touching the frames. Don't need to go shopping to be treated like criminals and a 5-year old... plus getting our personal information just to look around. So big brother. Feels like communists run... read more
I went to nationwide vision in Prescott, AZ. There was a small miscommunication at check in about my appointment time and check in time but I ended up being seen before my appointment time so it was fine. The gal doing my basic eye check was nice and explained the procedures properly. The doctor was also nice, my only complaint is the doctor putting yellow numbing drops into my eyes attempting to do something then not following through because my fluttering eyelids! (I’m super sensitive and don’t like anything near me and bl... read more
