Chandler, the lovely woman at this location is so nice and helpful! She called me back within minutes and made the whole process a seamless experience! I will only go to this location from now on, they’re great!
Normally mu experience at the N Gilbert location is awesome when they are open. They don’t have the hours some of the other locations do which sucks when it’s the closest one to me. However, this is my problem. I went to another location that could help me purchase my glasses. They don’t download all the info and get it recorded so she had to reenter everything. The worse was when I asked her to fix my glasses. She tried and broke them. Now I understand it can happen. The part that makes me mad is not talk the responsibility... read more
