Horrible, I made an appointment, and show up on time. Family shows up after and taken in and seen before. that short time quoted looked like a lie in the second hour no approach or update.. always unorganized…I been there last few years, but upset finished paper work fast and everything.. just to get contacts refill.. prescriptions haven’t changed but insist I get a four hour wait exam.. I have never been anywhere over the course of several years that has consistently had the customer service like them. Who really can say their vision place has the best customer service? This woman can. Seriously it’s engrained in them and I joked with my boyfriend that if I’m ever having a bad day, I should just drop into their office and I’m sure I’d turn my day around asap because they are incredibly genuine. Everyone there is amazing. Two thumbs up!❤️
My son had broken his glasses and the Chandler location was able to fit us in the same day for eye exam and to order new glasses. Very friendly staff, good selection of frames and reasonable prices.
My daughter has been coming to Nationwide for 6 years. We absolutely love this location and Furi is always such an awesome person! She is so knowledgeable and helpful.
