Had a pleasant experience, when Keeli took the picture of my eye and it wasn’t turning out correctly, DeAndre was quick to help. Natalie helped me decide on some cute new styles for my glasses and a couple of pairs to set me up for the new year
Deandre, the manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable from the moment we stepped into the store. I’ve never had anyone explain how to wear my glasses properly. He explained that as my prescription strengthens, my glasses become heavier on my face if the bridge isn’t fitted correctly. Thank you so much, DeAndre. I highly recommend this store to anyone.
Yesterday while my husband was in for his exam, a woman sitting by me seemed a bit distraught regarding her ins. To set her at ease, Dillion the assistant manager was able to quickly explain her concerns and guide her through the process of her eyewear. He was so compassionate and knowledgeable, as well as the friendly staff!
Friendly staff and thorough service.
Great help from DeAndre
