This is one of the BEST locations for services dealing with glasses. My family has been coming here for 3+years. The employees are very respectful & attending. Never had a bad personal experience from this establishment. One icing on the cake moment was they fixed a simple issue for me with my own personal glasses that I bought elsewhere years before doing business with them. I purchased progressive glasses and sunglasses at the Nationwide Vision on Bell Road in Peoria a couple of months ago. The prescription was spot on. Thank you, Dr. Vu! The lenses were well done and I could see very clearly through them. The only hiccup was the sunglasses were a bit wide. However, I brought them back in and they were able to adjust them so that they fit properly. Thank you, Gabby, Angie and Leila for your attention to this and for remedying the situation.

Excellent experience! From LEILA at the front desk when I scheduled my appointment (just so friendly and knowledgeable and anticipated my needs!) to the tech HANNAH (who I learned today was her first day) was professional, knowledgeable, and cheerful. DR. NGUYEN-VU was the best I’ve ever had when meeting with the doctor. Again, knowledgeable (!!), professional, and willing to educate me as the patient — answered every question that I had! I hope they are all still there a year from now!
