Everyone was so sweet and so patient,great customer service
Wait time was reasonable. Service was excellent ; friendly, polite and very helpful. My only complaint was that so many questions on medical history seemed to be irrelevant to opthalmology and took up too much time during an otherwise pleasant office visit. Thank you!
They had to reorder my frames because the 1 st pair of frames were defective! Called 2 weeks after they supposedly had reordered them and they still had not been received! Now we are just about on week 4 and you call and no one answers the phone! This will be the last time I use this place for anything! The Dr was great but customer service is very very bad!
