I would like to take a moment and commend the staff at Nationwide Vision for their outstanding customer service, caring and dedication. I have been a customer for the past 4 years. This year I experienced some bad changes in my vision and scripts from my regular Ophthalmologist were wrong on two occasions. The dedication of Tania Ackley, (office manger), and Dr. Huber made a very bad situation into a positive one. From remaking glasses on a couple of occasions to Dr Huber checking and rechecking my eyes for changes and redoi... read more

The doctor was great as were the staff my problem was when I picked up my glasses and put them on the lens fell out. The technician put it back in and it was ok until I got home and took them off and the lens once again fell out. I brought tw0o pairs and the other pair worked just fine. All in all, I will still use Nation Wide to obtain my glasses and eye exam.

Went in March 14, 2020 for exam, picked up eyeglasses at door. After using eyeglasses for two weeks, I realized their was no improvement in distant vision, however reading was good. I called back and was told because of covid-19, they were backed up and they would put me on thr list and call me back. I waited...waited... and waited, so I called back and was given appointment for Friday, 10/9/2020. after a 2nd exam my new glasses were ready 10/17. The distance vision was now acceptable, but now the reading vision was blurry. ... read more

First off, I bought three pairs of glasses from here all in the same few months. The first pair I bought for my boyfriend (to replace his old set). They worked fine. They second set I received from Nationwide for myself were imperfect. By imperfect I mean they had scratches and peeling in the center of the glass as if they'd been nicked or not properly coated. I asked about that before leaving, the lady told me to DEAL with it. "Wow, sucky service. Maybe it'll go away." I thought as I went home. Driving became a hassle (I we... read more

I went in to Nationwide back in November to use my eye benefits before the end of the year ran out. They had a very good selection. The young man was very helpful and research my benefits. I knew they covered the basic eye glasses and lens. He said I could add options and that they were covered. I questioned him on this because I did not want any out of pocket expense. He still insisted the benefits would allow the upgrades. The only thing I had to pay for was the extended warranty. This is my back up pair of glasses as the a... read more

Very unprofessional people working in the front. I walked in and both girls were doing thier make-up. Not greated and didnt feel welcomed at all. My frames had a chip in them and when returned, the same make up caked face girl said that they couldnt do anything about it. This is too bad as the real Dr was pretty nice and did a good job. Too bad they hired such poor office workers. I will never go back even though I live a block away. Smh..

Bought glasses and they fell apart in 6 months. Nationwide vision only gives a 30 day warranty. Walmart gives a year free warranty. Nationwide vision never again
