It took 3 attempts and 3 different locations to get 2 pairs of glasses ordered. I started at the Rita Ranch location. Stood and waited for 35-40 minutes completely unacknowledged with frames and prescription in hand just waiting to order. There were only 2 employees working but one customer had an employee tied up for 35-40 minutes with not much but casual conversation. I ended up leaving because there was no end in sight.
