I have used nationwide for a number of years. My current pair of glasses I have had adjusted twice in the three months. I’ve owned them to not have them sit correctly on my face and caused headaches so I took them in. She was a location on speedway today. Told the technician I had had them for a couple of months and they hurt me tremendously. She replied after 30 day you are. SOL Word for Word, what she said I will never go back in that location

In June 2025, I went to Nationwide in Tucson. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff were not welcoming. I waited at least 30 over my appt time to be seen. When I went to a different room for the second part of the exam ,the front desk gal came in with me. I agreed to do a "virtual" appt with a tech in the room. The lady first admitted she was NOT a tech, but when she came back in the room the second time, she lied and said yes, she was a tech.
