EXTREMELY POOR CARE, from both the doctor and office staff. THE DOCTOR WROTE AN RX FOR A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T EXIST IN MY STRENGTH. THAT WAS YOUR ONE JOB. HORRENDOUS. Update: It has been 3 days of leaving messages and it still has not been resolved. I have called numerous times, left messages, then when I finally reached someone (after no return calls from them), I was hung up on! The office manager said she spoke to the woman about it and told her "they shouldn't be hanging up on customers." WOW. Ya think? Actually never go... read more

I love the staff and the doctor is so kind and takes time that answer any questions. They do their best to provide amazing service. Highly recommend them! Back again this year for glasses and had another amazing experience!
