Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I was running a few minutes late coming from work so called a was told that it wasn't an issue and that there were still 2 people ahead of me. As I was checking in, another customer was at the desk with a different staff member. The customer was complaining of her wait time. Her appointment was before mine and she still hadnt been seen, at this point it was 20 minutes after her scheduled time. Not bad. Staff was great. But my main problem is.... the everyday text messages making it sound like I was going to die if I don't schedule an appointment. If I were to have 90 days in order to decide if I wanted to make an appointment.... so what was the rush?
Great service at Nationwide Vision! I was late to my annual eye exam, but Marina, Alexa, and Lexy were very kind and managed to fit me in the same day. They were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Thank you for the great service!
