The staff were awesome. My Dr was super nice and very informative. She took the time to answer my questions and explain to me everything in detail. This was my first experience here and it went great.
My son doesnt do his exams here but we get our glasses from here. I'm so DONE going to this location. They have poor customer service. They're never welcoming. They give dirty looks or have something "SLICK" to say. It's CRAZY!! Go to Campbell, they're so nice! Even camino seco location they're very welcoming and have no problem helping you out
EXTREMELY POOR CARE, from both the doctor and office staff. THE DOCTOR WROTE AN RX FOR A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T EXIST IN MY STRENGTH. THAT WAS YOUR ONE JOB. HORRENDOUS. Update: It has been 3 days of leaving messages and it still has not been resolved. I have called numerous times, left messages, then when I finally reached someone (after no return calls from them), I was hung up on! The office manager said she spoke to the woman about it and told her "they shouldn't be hanging up on customers." WOW. Ya think? Actually never go... read more
