In for an annual eye exam. Was not planning on getting new glasses but looked at frames anyway. Found titanium frames that I liked after being told you didn't carry titanium! Exam was thorough. Got glasses help from someone who knew better than the first guy. Overall I was satisfied with my experience.
Very great place I take all 3 of my kids to and they are very great and friendly here I love it here
I had a very disappointing experience at this location with my daughter. We went in for her appointment to get a new pair of glasses, but the employee we encountered was incredibly rude. Instead of providing the friendly service we expected, she pushed my daughter out of the shop and treated her poorly. It's essential for customer service professionals to be kind and polite. I'm never going to Nationwide again, especially this location. I went there to get an eye exam for a new prescription and the woman in charge of the establishment was extremely rude to me. I believe her name was Anne. When I was getting my eye exam done she told the other person who was assisting me to step out. I was trying to see the screen but it needing adjusting. I asked her if she could move the screen so I could see it better and she told me that she couldn't because "it wasn't her job". I had to convince her to move ... read more
