Would not even try to fix my glasses, sent me to someone local and they wanted to charge me $60 for one side of my glasses. Never again will I go there.
Aweful staff. Rude. I can't believe these woman have jobs in customer service. Next is me calling corporate.
The doctor was great! But after paying extra money to have my new glasses here in two days we were lied to several times. First was the woman who "took care" of us said we could pick them up on Saturday. We call that Saturday and get told they don't even get a delivery that day and get told we can be there Monday to get them. So here it is Monday afternoon and guess what?! They never even put my glasses in the system to be delivered! So now we have to wait even LONGER for a service to be done when we paid extra money for two... read more
