Went in March 14, 2020 for exam, picked up eyeglasses at door. After using eyeglasses for two weeks, I realized their was no improvement in distant vision, however reading was good. I called back and was told because of covid-19, they were backed up and they would put me on thr list and call me back. I waited...waited... and waited, so I called back and was given appointment for Friday, 10/9/2020. after a 2nd exam my new glasses were ready 10/17.
