Our company has worked with NTA testing for several years now and they are wonderful. I work directly with Tiffany and Elaine and the whole staff is friendly and eager to help with any issues or problems that may arise. They always respond in a timely manner, and we receive results back very quickly. Thank you NTA. I would highly recommend them.
I've called for three days and it keeps saying their office is closed when it says their open. An its been a week since the business hours were confirmed to be accurate. I've left 3 messages just to get updates on my results. I don't even know if they are even in business. There not even any holidays happening right now. It's absolutely infuriating that I can't get results or a call back for my three messages. Even better the website doesn't even work. I've tried on my computer and phone. Our company has been using NTA for a number of years, though I have only had dealings with them for about 3 years. So far, everything has been running smoothly with our testing and if I have had a problem, Tiffany was quick to help get us answers and lead us to get the problem fixed. I long forward to many more years of service with NTA.
We use NTA for our drug testing and background checks. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've always gotten my results in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. If you need/want testing at your company NTA is the way to go.
