I have tried to call and email their representative (Richard Lurie), whi has not returned any calls or emails. I am trying to get a refund for service that I don't need. I paid XXX.xx on 3/31 and called NTC on 4/1, no response as of yet. Is it true what I'm seeing posted about this Company?

I had a very disappointing experience with Nationwide Tax Consultant, particularly with attorney Joe Marinero. From the start, communication was poor. After I submitted my information as requested, I was left waiting for almost a year without any meaningful follow-up. Was referred by old coworker. First if am paying for service I shouldn’t have to call irs. Then u can’t return my calls. But old coworker got amended return and her money but I have to wait. To me this was a scam. Never again. Been calling for a week no reply. Always stick to who you know. Worst business decision I made this year.
