This is not a review of this product because I never received the product. This is a bad review of the company that sells this product - Nationwide Surgical. I ordered this particular knee brace at the recommendation of my therapist. The price on Amazon was $593.99 which was more than I had to spend but I need the brace in order to be able to walk without pain pending surgery after COVID is over. Don’t ever use this company, if you need durable medical equipment . They don’t send their items in a timely manner, they don’t include tracking numbers so I am not sure the item will ever arrive. They also don’t answer their phones and don’t respond when they ask you to leave an email.
This place is a big rip off. I'll never buy anything else from them again. The address says that they are in Florida but when I call there phone number it says UNITED HEALTH SUPPLY in Cranbury,NJ like I said they are a big rip off.
Paid $29 for expedited shipping. Shipping guaranteed by Monday. Tracking package shows they used 5 - 7 day shipping and my dad will get it right at 7 days. Do not use this company. The company promptly reimbursed the expedited shipping cost, however I still would have preferred to receive the item on time.
I ordered stabilization boot for fractured ankle from nationwide surgical through amazon. Never got it and they have failed to respond to my request for a refund.
