Honestly such a great experience. From the moment I called, everyone was so kind and patient with all my questions. But I especially want to shout out Lisa. She was amazing. She walked me through the whole setup, explained everything clearly, and was just genuinely so friendly and helpful. The storage space itself is super clean, safe, and high tech (everything run by an app). But it was Lisa who really made it feel easy and stress free. She deserves all the stars. Thank you Lisa!
Super clean and organized storage. And I would like to thanks the receptionist Simer, she was so friendly, helpful and supportive, explained all the details to us! I have already recommended this place to my friends who need a place to store. BTW the online system also work very smoothly!
This place provides good storage at great affordable prices, to top it all the customer service both on the phone and in person is amazing, there was a very kind lady called Shari who called me when I did my reservation and gave me all the information and replied to all of my questions, even the ones that I could have found out from the website. I had a great experience with this storage facility from the start. During my initial walkthrough, I noticed the location was well lit and felt very safe. Signing up was smooth and easy thanks to Shari who was absolutely awesome! Kind, knowledgeable, and super personable, Shari answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through the facility and how everything works.
