Horrible. I feel I was lied too and they misrepresented the service. I cancelled within 3 day grace period. ADT has a note that I cancelled. salesman was informed via text that I cancelled. I mailed in the cancel form and they said they never received it. now they won't let me cancel unless i pay a 3 year contract for a system i cancelled. they keep giving me the runaround. they are horrible and i recommend you STAY AWAY. these people are a bunch of crooks.
