TL:DR....Shoddy workmanship and dreadful customer service. My condo corporation hired Nationwide to restore my unit after a sewage back up did major damage. Within months, the floor started to buckle. After repeatedly trying to blame me (and me having to prove their claims were impossible), they eventually replaced a small section. If you are working for them be sure to ask for a large deposit or just stay clear completely. We have 8 outstanding invoices as far back as December 2020 . There is no lack of us trying to contact them. They almost never answer our calls or emails. Usually an answering machine when I call and then no return calls for the message I have left.
