This company is terrible. After scheduling a video meeting with me to hear about my project, they completely ghosted me. Never provided me with the written quote or Home Depot shopping list they promised. I've called at least a half dozen times and am always told that the "one person" who can answer my questions is out and I should just leave a message. Left numerous messages and have never once received a call back. How could anyone trust a company that's run this way to actually do work in their home??? Completely unprofes... read more
