Great crew replacing and installing a new (and difficult) commercial freezer. They were very professional and engaging with us as they tackled this difficult task. Much appreciate their hard work as a team and that of NRI customer service. On my "A" list.

Customer service and project management by Josh and Scott was uncomfortable as it seems like he could handle issues in a less defensive way. There were several phone conversations where they feel comfortable interrupting me as a customer perceived as aggressive and unprofessional. I called to get a problem solved, not to create a new problem. Josh, Carter and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic. They act quickly to find the issue and have a solution at the ready. They are always on time when they say they will be there and their work is top notch! The are a must call for all refrigeration needs! Thank you from the team at The Collective Offshore!
