Great location and apartment! Jennifer is professional and very sympathetic to my situation. The only nightmare I have is the person under me. It’s 2am and her music is loud and my apartment smells like weed and cigarettes! I love the area and apartment but this is too much.

Professional and caring. Jennifer was patient and understanding of my situation and attentive to my needs. Property is well maintained and the leasing process was simple and straightforward.
Worst rental experience ever. Jennifer and her husband are not professional.we never spoke to the owner of the house once! We never got things fixed in this house that we should have. We were told we could have pets, applied to adopt one , and we were rejected because Jennifer and the landlord lied and made us look like fools. We paid for the washer and dryer another year after it was paid for. Not to mention I reached out and was called after 10pm one night...real professional. Avoid them at all cost.
