they send the person to do appraisal and take pics of stuff wrong and send a list to be fixed so we fixed it and the lady came back after we Finley got ahold of her she came to recheck on what needed to be fixed so it was all done so that wasn't good enough she took pics of the same thing she did the first time and wanted us to spend almost 8000.00 dollars out to fix stuff she already looked at the first time.the way I see that if we have to spend that much out that we didn't have we didn't need that loan so they knocked the... read more

Worst experience I have had with an AMC, and I've been doing this for over 16 years. Mike Conte is worthless and forgets who the customer is. Never once did Mike advocated for the client, he only made excuses for the appraiser. The appraiser is being bias since they were stuck on the property for four hours in the snow and now is twisting the report as retribution. 3 weeks and still no report. Would not take responsibility stating that they work through contractors. Unprofessional. Update 11-13-19 - the manager that commented below has not reached out to me at all, notice he committed to reaching out 6 days go. This goes hand in hand with how the whole experience has been. The appraisal is now at 29 days. This is beyond unprofessional.
