DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. My aunt ordered her mother’s stone from this place in september or october and they tried calling the people and never got a response. Finally her brother found another number to call and the man answered and said they were going out of business and that they couldn’t refund the money. She payed around $1800 for her mother’s stone and we still don’t know whether or not we’re going to get that money back from them.
Shame on these people losing my mother was the hardest thing that ever happened to me they took my money knowing they were going out of business
i ordered a stone and never received it. They were quick to take my money the day after i ordered it but ignore my calls and emails. i ordered my stone almost 7 months ago and have not received it.
BEWARE!!!! There is a huge group of us that paid Nationwide Monument and have not received headstones!!! I am local and have driven by repeatedly. n November 27 I witnessed an eviction notice on their door. On December 29 I saw a truck taking clearing out office supplies and headstones. I have been trying to contact them since September with no response. There is now a for sale sign on the empty property.
