Nationwide Construction work with me as an owner builder with part of the project being done by them and water septic and electric done by me. being is that I am not a normal contractor Nationwide manufactured home sales has been instrumental in aiding me to reach my goals on the house install. No project goes completely smooth and there's been a few bumps along the way, Nationwide has worked hard to address any of my concerns and fix them. for this, I am appreciative.
I had an extremely disappointing experience and want to caution anyone considering doing business here. Before you start, do your homework. Don’t just take their word for it—verify everything, and make sure you get everything in writing. I trusted what Jim said, and he completely let me down. He didn’t follow through on any of his promises. Worse, he made several mistakes along the way, then tried to change the terms of our contract to cover for them.
