Horrible company with terrible management
This company is badly organized, and they find any reason to add charges to an account, without honoring contracted rates. The manager, Bridget Brown, is unorganized, unprofessional, and does not have the ability to resolve or deescalate issues. After Bridget took over management for areas that had been contracted with Nationwide for some time, invoices started to be excessive and incorrect and requests that were submitted online were done incorrectly and untimely. Will never use this company again.
