The sales gentleman who came out was very condescending towards my wife. Instead of taking a professional approach, he stated that he didn't know what needed done if she didn't tell him. Our unit ended up getting "hooked up" 1. It was stated the back flow test was never done because the gentleman sent out was not certified and it would cost an additional $57 to test.
