I called to get a quote and a Lady answered the phone and I wasn't sure if I called the right number because I was expecting her to say Nationwide not knowing they were independent agent but I felt like she was aggressive and pushy because I was trying to understand the independent and nationwide and she just kept saying "May I help you" so aggressively.
