They have no patience with late payments. My mother, who usually takes care of payments, is in the hospital for rehab. She has been in for almost 3 months. This terrible company turned me over to a collection agency because I didn't pay right on time. The bill was less than 2 months past due. This is terrible and I would not buy insurance from Nationwide again.

I moved, and they couldn't get my address correct twice. Caused my coverage to lapse without my knowing. That cost me extra money. 2 years later, decided to give them another try. On another policy I canceled early and I went to the office to receive my remaining balance that was owed to me. They gave it to me and I signed a paper. Thought all was done. And then I recieved a bill for $90.00. I signed a paper saying I canceled, then why would you tell me nothing else was needed then send me a bill? I was handed almost 400 buc... read more
