Crappy customer service.Doesnt follow through on claims they just take your money.
Unless you want a roof that leaks for over a year, don't purchase insurance with Nationwide. Our insurance adjuster NyAundria Martin doesn't seem to understand the shingles are 20yo and don't exist so my contractors can't find them. It's obvious this all needs to be replaced with how brittle it is, but it seems Nationwide likes committing fraud while they steal monthly payments from hard working Americans.
