This has been my worst experience with insurance. They have no customer service skills to speak of. It is so true that you get what you pay for and going to a major brand is 100% worth it. We literally received a call after 5pm on a Friday night demanding full payment on a policy after agent Isaac incorrectly sent paperwork to our lender and failed on his end to follow up for payment. They received payment from us personally on top of receiving payment from our lender. Major red flags.
Very helpful and always super nice
Every time I have to watch a nationwide ad on YouTube, I find an agency and leave this review. Stop spamming us with ads.
