Joe Joe was excellent. He listened and was able to prepare a plan that was a perfect fit. This company is by far the best company I’ve ever had to work with. The process was easy and affordable. I highly recommend this Insurance company.
If I could leave zero stars I would. They managed to turn a simple process of switching to a new bank account into a months-long nightmare that caused my old account to rack up $50 in overdraft fees with no end in sight. JoeJoe is nice when you first set up the account, but when it comes time to do basic stuff, he's MIA. I've been trying to get my insurance to draw from my new account for months, and even after being told it was done, it still wasn't. It's unbelievable that it's come to this.
