It saddens me to have to write this review. However I have been with Nationwide for many of years as every thing was going fine for when I started with this specific office. As it changed representatives or Agents it slowly started going from a 10 to a 0. I started having issues with my auto insurance as I noticed it started to climb year after year no accidents no claims nothing but it kept climbing. El servicio al cliente es pésimo!! Es lamentable que uno se lleve muy mala perspectiva de esta oficina por ciertos empleados ahí. Señor Donald debería contratar gente nueva y eficiente. Eh tenido el placer de tratar con el dueño y es muy amable y le atiende a uno rápido y muy servicial. Tenía más de 5 años con Nation Wide y con quien siempre trataba era con Zaida.
