I have called multiple times and am never able to get with anyone but McCullough and he always says he is on another call and will call me back. He never does and I don’t feel that he has any urgency to resolve my problem. I have had up to 4 properties generating revenue for him and he doesn’t really pay any attention. It saddens me to have to write this review. However I have been with Nationwide for many of years as every thing was going fine for when I started with this specific office. As it changed representatives or Agents it slowly started going from a 10 to a 0. I started having issues with my auto insurance as I noticed it started to climb year after year no accidents no claims nothing but it kept climbing.
