Nationwide Accepted Liability. Sent a damage appraiser. Then as the rental is being driven around for a week and a half, they hold up repairs because the 3rd party interest's naming is incorrect on the declarations page. So I send them the Dep of Motor Vehicle records as they requested. Then Claim on "hold." Then a "reversal of coverage" and claim denied after I am helping them get what they need!
