Over the years I have had two fender benders, hail damage to car, storm damage to house and once a chronic roof leak into the back of a large closet that we never visit. Each time we got prompt polite service from Nationwide. For the closet damage they sent a team in the next day to work on the damage, paying for damaged suitcases, Navajo rugs etc. I watch these ads about how much cheaper some company's insurance is. I don't know (nor do I care) how their rates compare with Nationwide. Quality of service is everything
Best Agent – Carl and his assistant Sylvia were very helpful all through out the process of getting new Insurance for our first home and changing our existing auto insurance over. They went over and above any expectations we ever had. They came back several times with a lower quote which is always great expecially when you have all the expenses of buying a new home.
