Do not trust Nationwide insurance to do anything for you. I am posting on all Nationwide agents due to the fact they actually find anyway they can to deny your claim. And my agent Ernie Yarborough did not stand up at all. It is a numbers games and they will not be in your corner. This is from a personal experience and this is they type of practice that gives insurance agents a bad reputation.
After being with the Chandler agency for over a decade I will be finding other insurance. The agency has grown however their staff has not and the poor customer service I have consistently received over the past few months is no longer something that I can tolerate
